With over five decades of combined experience, W.Y CHAN & ROY is a distinguished law firm committed to delivering strategic and effective legal solutions. Established on 1 February 1984 in Ipoh by founding partners Mr. Romesh Roy and Ms. Millie Chan Wai Yen, the firm has built a reputation for excellence in legal practice. Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality legal services, we expanded our presence by establishing a Kuala Lumpur office in 1990, allowing us to serve a broader clientele across Malaysia.
